Quick Kick Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drain and cut up
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Yields 3 cups.
    (I use a double boiler to melt cheese.)
