German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

2 large eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. diced apples
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs and salad oil until foamy. Add sugar, spices, vanilla, salt, soda and flour. Mix well. Add apples and nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan in
a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
