Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. crabmeat
juice of 1 lemon
2 to 3 dashes Tabasco
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. creamed horseradish
Preparation

Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire. Blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add salt and beat in mayonnaise.
Add onions, chives and garlic.
Fold in crabmeat. Add horseradish.
Serve with potato chips or crackers.
