Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 can coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Cover bottom with a can of coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans.
Mix cake mix according to directions on box and pour on top of coconut and nuts.
Mix together cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar. Spoon this mixture on the cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cake is done.
Cake will have cracks.
