French Dip Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) roast
    1 can beef bouillon (liquid)
    1 can French onion soup (liquid)
    1/2 can beer
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot or roaster.
    Pour soups and beer over roast.
    Cover and slow-cook 6 to 8 hours.
    Put sliced meat on rolls.
    Use juice as Au Jus.
