Chicken And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add thyme, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Dredge chicken in flour; swish each piece in margarine.
    Arrange with skin side down.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown, about 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Turn chicken.
    Add wine.
    Spread mushrooms over top; cover with foil and continue baking about 30 minutes.
