White Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg whites, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Cream sugar
and
shortening;
add
dry ingredients and 2/3 cup milk.
Mix well
and
add
egg whites and rest of milk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour
in two greased and floured cake pans. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until tested done or brown on top.
