Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. flour (unsifted)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. sugar (for top)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

On low speed, cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, until blended.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
Add vanilla.
Mash 1/2 cup of berries and stir by hand.
Grease muffin tins well with butter and tops of pans as well.
Pile mixture high in each muffin cup.
Sprinkle sugar over tops.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Cool in pan for at least 30 minutes.
