Zesty Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large baking potatoes
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. bacon bits
Preparation

Scrub potatoes; pierce with fork.
Place 1 inch apart on paper towel.
Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes.
Let stand 2 minutes. Cut strip from top of each potato.
Carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
Mash pulp.
Stir in sour cream and next four ingredients.
Spoon into shells.
Top with bacon bits and microwave on High until thoroughly heated.
