Raisin Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. chopped apple
    3 c. carrots, grated
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Sift
    together\tthe
    first 4 ingredients and set aside. Cover raisins
    with
    warm
    water and let stand for 5 minutes. Then drain and blot well with paper towel.
