Aunt Ellen'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. New York State sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. medium or mild Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 small garlic cloves, crushed
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    dash of salt
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grate cheeses and allow to soften.
    Mix cheeses, garlic cloves, mayonnaise, salt and sauce well.
    Shape into balls.
    This will make 2 large or several small cheese balls.
    Roll in chopped pecans.
