Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked according to directions
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. onion flakes or small fresh onion
Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Drain cooked broccoli. Combine soup, cheese, mayonnaise, eggs and onion.
Add broccoli last.
Mix together.
Put into buttered casserole.
Put cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
