Slaw Overnight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. thin sliced, separated purple onion
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine cabbage and onion in large bowl.
Combine sugar and remaining ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Pour over cabbage mixture, toss gently.
Cover and chill 8 hours.
Serve with slotted spoon.
