Pam'S Best Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lite beer
    2 Egg Beaters
    1 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well with a hand beater.
    Pour into two loaf pans sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Brush liquid Butter Buds on top after removing from oven.
    Serve warm.
    Yields 2 loaves (24 slices).
