Foolproof Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Set aside 1/3 cup.
    Cut shortening into rest of flour/salt.
    Make paste of water and 1/3 cup flour/salt. Add to flour and shortening mix.
    Divide pastry and roll out.
