Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    2 egg yolks, well beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. butter, melted in 1/2 c. hot milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from salmon.
    Add all remaining ingredients except egg whites.
    Fold beaten egg whites in last. Bake in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
