Dream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. water or lemon juice
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. sifted cake flour
Preparation

Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.
Beat egg yolks and salt until very thick and lemon colored.
Add water.
Beat in and add sugar, gradually beating until thick enough to hold a stiff peak.
Fold egg whites and flour into egg yolk mixture.
Pour into ungreased tube pan and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
Invert pan and let cake hang in pan until cool.
Makes 1 (9-inch) cake.
