Whipped Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar (10x powder)
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
Preparation

Blend ingredients together until fluffy.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Place dough on lightly floured board, roll to desired thickness (1/4 to 1/2-inch) and cut with lightly floured cookie cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
