Pistachio Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded turkey or chicken
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1 small green onion, chopped
2/3 c. shelled pistachios, lightly toasted
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. minced fresh dill or tarragon or 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. dried
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, combine turkey, grapes, onion and 1/2 cup pistachios.
Coarsely chop remaining pistachios; set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill or tarragon.
Fold into turkey mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on salad greens. Garnish with a sprinkling of chopped pistachios.
Serves 4 to 6.
