Chicken Today - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts, skinned
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can milk
Preparation
    Combine soup and milk and set aside.
    In large skillet brown chicken in oil.
    Add onion and pepper and cook until browned, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add soup mixture and continue cooking on low heat until chicken is tender, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
    Good served
    over rice, potatoes or noodles.
