Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    4 bananas, sliced
    1 box vanilla instant pudding
    3 boxes frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    3 large containers Cool Whip
    1 bag walnuts, chopped (save 6 to put on cake)
Preparation
    Bake cake and split layers in half to make four.
    Place first layer in bottom of punch bowl.
    Cover with layer of strawberries, layer of pineapple with juice and layer of bananas.
    Sprinkle with pudding (dry) to help soak up extra juice.
    Cover with layer of Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with walnuts.
    Repeat layers until last layer of cake is on top.
