Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    5 eggs
    5 c. buttermilk
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a very large bowl.
    Stir to blend. Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until moistened.
    Best if let sit in refrigerator overnight before cooking.
    Place in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
    To bake, spray muffin tin with Pam cooking spray.
    Fill 2/3 full with batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 5 1/2 dozen muffins.
