Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked pintos
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 1/2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onion, then add pintos and tomatoes and salt to taste.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Mix corn meal with buttermilk and oil.
    Pour corn meal mixture over pinto mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 until crust is brown.
