Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
1 lb. ground beef, partly cooked
1 large onion, chopped
1 can green chilies
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can creamed corn
Preparation

Mix corn meal, soda and salt together, then mix cooking oil, milk, eggs and creamed corn together, then combine the two.
Layer the combined things and then the cheese, beef, onion and chilies in a greased pan.
Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
