Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl mix margarine, 3/4 cup sugar and egg.
Put into another bowl the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt.
Add flour mixture to first bowl and mix well.
Dough should be soft and easy to handle.
Add a tablespoon of flour if dough is too sticky.
