Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
    7 Tbsp. milk
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In saucepan mix all ingredients and dissolve over low heat. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Beat until smooth and creamy.
