Grandma'S Cookie Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut (2 2/3 c.)
1 can Eagle Brand
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, melt margarine. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over margarine.
Sprinkle coconut over crumbs.
Pour Eagle Brand over this and bake for 20 minutes (or until lightly browned).
In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with peanut butter.
Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool a while, then chill before cutting.
