Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. dried beans (yellow eyes or Great Northern)
    1 lb. salt pork
    3/4 c. molasses
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Wash beans, discarding imperfect ones.
    Cover with cold water. Soak overnight.
    In the morning, drain; add more water and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 3/4 hour.
    Drain.
