Low Fat Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. milk
    2/3 c. applesauce
    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Combine the dry ingredients; add milk, applesauce, bananas and egg whites.
    Put into muffin pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes.
