Beer Batter For Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
dash of salt and pepper
flour (for dipping fish in)
1/2 c. flour
beer (enough to make thin batter)
Preparation

In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup flour, egg and salt.
Add enough beer to make a thin batter.
Dredge fish in flour and then into batter.
Fry in hot grease.
