Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 eggplant, peeled and sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place eggplant slices in 1-quart casserole or baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and Italian seasoning.
    Top with spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
    Bake, covered, for 20 minutes; uncover and continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes until eggplant is tender and cheese bubbly.
