Hawaiian Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild or hot pork sausage
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 pkg. dry Lipton noodle soup with chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked rice
    5 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. blanched almonds (optional)
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain. Add pepper, onion, celery and other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake in shallow pan at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, uncovered. Freezes well before baking.
    Serves 12 to 14.
