Sausage And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 medium potatoes
    1 lb. or more Hillshire Farm smoked, hot or Polish sausage
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 or 3 stems celery, cut in chunks
    4 or 5 carrots
    salt and pepper or favorite seasonings
Preparation
    Cut peeled potatoes, slanted diagonally, about 1/4 inch thick; put in bowl.
    Slice onion over potatoes.
    Cut celery and carrots and put over onion and potatoes.
    Pre-boil sausage; cut slanted diagonally.
    Season to taste.
    Cover.
