Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 onion, sliced
    4 c. potatoes, sliced thinly
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blend mushroom soup with milk, salt and pepper.
    In a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish arrange alternate layers:
    potatoes, onion and sauce.
    Dot top with butter and bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0 covered.
    Remove cover and bake 15 minutes more.
