Cool Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber (do not peel)
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
    3 green onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Chop cucumber and cut onions into one-inch lengths.
    Place in blender or food processor.
    Add 2 cups of the buttermilk, mustard, dill, salt and pepper; blend on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into large container and add remaining buttermilk.
    Stir well.
    Chill thoroughly before serving.
