Hamburger Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can green chilies
1 (3 1/2 oz.) jalapeno peppers, diced (you may not want to use whole can)
Preparation

Brown hamburger; drain.
In a large saucepan mix Velveeta cheese, garlic powder, tomato juice, green chilies and jalapeno peppers.
Melt over low heat; then add hamburger.
Serve hot, room temperature or cold with tortilla chips or corn chips.
Store in refrigerator.
