Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 to 2 cans kidney beans
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
small onion (optional)
crushed bag corn chips
1 1/2 lb. grated cheese
taco or Thousand Island dressing
Preparation

Simmer the ground beef, kidney beans and taco seasoning for 10 minutes.
Chop the lettuce, tomatoes and onion into small pieces. Mix all above with the crushed chips, cheese and dressing.
Serve immediately with salsa or sour cream.
Serves 12 (or 6 with Eddy!).
