Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large potatoes
    1/3 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    milk
    1/8 tsp. dill seed
    2 tsp. chopped chives
    1 c. cooked, drained and chopped spinach
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add the sour cream, salt, dash of pepper, sugar and margarine.
    Add enough milk to bring to proper consistency and beat until fluffy.
    Add dill seed, chopped chives and cooked spinach.
    Place in greased casserole and top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    May be made ahead and refrigerated.
    Or double recipe and freeze part.
