Lemon Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) container lemon yogurt
1/4 c. oleo
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, drained
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
Mix yogurt, butter, egg, lemon peel and vanilla.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add yogurt mixture; stir just to combine. Stir in blueberries.
