Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small onion, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream-style corn
1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. additional butter or margarine
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Add onion; cook until tender.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Add corn, eggs and 1 cup of the cracker crumbs. Place in oiled baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs; dot with additional 2 tablespoons butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, until center is firm and top is browned.
