Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 small pie crusts
Preparation
    Melt margarine; mix with sugar and beaten eggs.
    Add coconut and buttermilk.
    Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until firm, about 45 minutes.
