Aunt Ruth'S Deer Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. deer meat, ground coarse with 1 lb. suet
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 can chili powder (or to taste)
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cover meat with water 1-inch above meat.
    Cook slow until tender.
    When half done (30 to 40 minutes), add remaining ingredients and cook until done.
    May need more or less extras. Taste and adjust.
