Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked in 2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 cans evaporated milk
    raisins if desired
Preparation
    Take rice off stove and add oleo and vanilla.
    Add beaten eggs, sugar and raisins.
    Return to stove and add the cans of milk, one at a time.
    Bring to a boil and remove from stove.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
