Mexican Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3 tsp. chopped onion
    2 1/2 tsp. cilantro
    1 tsp. Mexican blend seasoning
    1/4 c. diced green chiles
    grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic liquid spice
    16 large mushrooms, stems removed
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, toss together Cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, cilantro, Mexican blend seasoning, green chiles and vegetable oil.
    Mix well and set aside.
