Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Fruit Sweet
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg plus 2 egg whites
    3/4 c. nonfat yogurt
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. blueberries
    1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend together first 3 ingredients.
    Beat in egg and egg whites.
    Add yogurt and mix well.
    Blend dry ingredients separately, then stir into batter.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in berries and nuts.
    Spoon into 12 muffin cups which have been sprayed with nonstick coating spray.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 16 muffins.
