Coconut Macaroon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, flour, buttermilk, coconut and coconut flavoring.
    Pour in sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan or tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
