Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 lb. sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. oleo
    8 oz. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Boil zucchini and onion for 3 minutes.
    Mix soup and sour cream.
    Add carrots and soup mixture with zucchini and onions. Melt oleo and mix with stuffing.
    Put 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add vegetables.
    Put rest of stuffing on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
