Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cold fried chicken
    1 large head lettuce
    1 small pkg. fine frozen peas, thawed
    1 red pepper or fresh cucumber
    8 small bouquets of raw cauliflower
    8 slices crispy fried bacon
Preparation
    Cut chicken into small pieces, removing bones.
    Mix with lettuce, cauliflower, thin rings of red pepper and/or cucumber and peas.
    Pour on French or Italian salad dressing and garnish with bacon slices on top.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
