Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    2 onions, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Scoop with ice cream scoop.
    Flatten bottom.
    Put on waxed paper on cookie sheet.
    Freeze.
    Place on tomato slice.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
