Rhubarb Iced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 stalks rhubarb
    8 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    fresh mint
Preparation
    Cut stalks of rhubarb into 3-inch lengths.
    Add to water and bring to a boil.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Strain the liquid and add sugar. Serve iced with a sprig of mint.
